An Improved Over-Speed Deloading Control of Wind Power Systems for Primary Frequency Regulation Considering Turbulence Characteristics

نویسندگان

چکیده

Wind power systems participating in primary frequency regulation have become a novel trend. In order to solve the problem of over-speed deloading (OSD) control wind failing provide reserved capacity for while under turbulent winds, this paper analyzes influence mechanism turbulence characteristics on OSD and relationship between reserve coefficient speeds, also quantifying characteristic index coefficient. The range is obtained accordingly, based which improved proposed dynamically optimize according characteristics, improves performance speed. According simulations experimental results, method has good effectiveness superiority effect rotor speed performance.

Development of Wind Power Generation Model with DFIG for Varying Wind Speed and Frequency Control for Wind Diesel Power Plant

The power generation with non-renewable energy sources has very harmful effects on the environment as well as these sources are depleting. On the other side the renewable energy sources are quite unpredictable source of power. The best trade-off is to use the combination of both kind of sources to make a hybrid system so that their individual power generation constraints can be overcome. The hy...
